ALL RATES ARE BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY
Although our units are designed to sleep more than two persons, all rates are based on double occupancy allowing you to build your own package. Extra person charges (13 and over) $10 per person per night.
Children 12 and under stay free!

DEPOSIT
A deposit will be processed to your credit card immediately upon booking. The deposit amount required to hold your reservation (with the exception of long term stays of 4+ weeks) equals the rate for the first night of your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should it become necessary to cancel or change your reservation, the resort must receive notice 30 days prior to your arrival for peak season, holiday weekends and weekly stays. 3 days notice is required on all other reservations. Changes and cancellations made outside the required time frame will forfeit the deposit. A full refund minus a $25 processing fee is available if cancellations or changes are made within required time frames.

All condos have fully equipped kitchens with fridge, stove,  microwave, kettle, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils , 2 and 3 bedroom units with dishwashers. All units also include cosy duvets, fireplaces, hair driers, remote colour cable tv with dvd player, direct dial telephones with free local calling, washer and dryer, patio or deck. Wireless Internet available on site.

SNOWBIRD SPECIAL! (Long Term Rates & Policies)

Looking for a fabulous location for your winter vacation?

Call 1-888-248-6212 and take advantage of our snowbird special winter rate starting at $315.00 per week.

We are pleased to offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums with all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchens include a full size fridge and stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cutlery. All units feature a fireplace, 27" colour cable television and DVD player in the living room, fluffy duvets, extra linens and an in-suite washer and dryer. Receive unlimited complimentary passes to the Fitness Connection and free wireless internet access in every room.

Please note that:

• Special off-season weekly rates are based on a minimum stay of 4 weeks;
• Stays may commence on any day of the week;
• All rates are based on double occupancy; additional guests are $3 each per day.
• GST (5%) and HST (10%) will be exempted from stays of one month or longer, paid in advance in 4 week increments;
• Rates include light housekeeping once per week, and all utilities;
• Units are equipped with telephones; local calls are free; a calling card is required to access long distance;
• We have a strict no pets policy and all rooms are non-smoking;
• A deposit equaling 1 week must be paid in advance to secure this reservation; this deposit will be applied to the last week of your stay;
• Rates are non-commissionable;
• The deposit is a firm commitment and no refund will be given if you decide to leave early;
• Reservations cancelled or changed with less than 30 days to the date of arrival or change will forfeit the deposit.

Although we do guarantee room types, we are unable to guarantee a specific unit number. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
